Dylan has been with Landlock for quite some time now, and he's excellent at what he does. Dylan's favorite part about the job is being able to meet new, interesting people everyday in the field. On his off time, he enjoys watching his son.

Franco is a reliable, dedicated, and caring technician and such an asset to our team. When he isn't working in the field he enjoys spending time with his dog at the dog park or playing video games!

One thing that Ginny is known for is her natural ability to reconcile things with ease. If she's not in the office, and as long as the weather cooperates, you can usually find Ginny out on the river boating.

Jacob has proven to be such a valuable addition to the team with his awesome customer service skills and ability to make our customers laugh while doing an excellent job out in the field. While not at work, Jacob enjoys to play music and jam with his band. You may also catch him at some local shows in the Richmond area as well.

Jordan's the man to talk to if you have any marketing or sales questions. During the summer, he's the driving force behind our sales team. Jordan played soccer in high school and in college, and he still plays today. When not at work, you might be able to find him traveling and sight seeing with his wife.

Josh enjoys making sure everyone's requests are met by the technicians and the team in the office. 100% Customer Satisfaction is something that he's all about. If you need something done, he's the guy to call in the office. Besides his two daughters and his wife, there's nothing he loves more than soccer. You can usually find him watching a Chelsea FC or a DC United game in his off time.

Josh is the man. If you need something done and you need it done now, he's the guy to call. One thing he really likes about being our Service Director is the ability and the knowledge to go the extra mile every single day out in the field. During his down time, Josh enjoys sports and spending time with his family.

Katy is one of the main driving forces for our scheduling team, and she's excellent at what she does. Whether it's piecing together a complicated route, assisting our technicians with various questions throughout the day, or just doing the normal daily tasks, Katy always knocks the job out at 125%. While out of the office, Katy enjoys spending time with her dog, Pooh, and you may see her in a Starbucks drive-thru line near you!

Lamont is fantastic with the customers, and he finds it rewarding to help each and every customer with their own particular needs while out in the field. If Lamont isn't out taking care of bugs and pests, you can find him taking care of himself in the gym!

Manuel is a great addition to our team of certified technicians helping to provide excellent customer service and care when treating our customers homes. When he isn't in the field caring for customers, he is a dedicated caring family man and loves spending time with his son.

Matt is a fantastic technician, always willing to go the extra mile to help our customers and the team here at Landlock. When he's not out in the field, you may find him on stage or practicing with his band.

Pamela comes from Florida, so pests and bugs are nothing new to her. She's also fantastic on the phones and talking to customers is something that she enjoys very much. If she's not here in the office, you might be able to find her spending quality time with her family.

Ryan is one of the hardest working people you may find. While out in the field, Ryan takes pride in educating homeowners on what's going on and coming up with solutions for problems. In his free time, you can find Ryan playing basketball in his local pickup league or even at the gym.

Shelton is our go-to technician to handle our customers pest problems in the NOVA region! His positive attitude and professionalism are a huge asset to the whole team! When he's not working, Shelton is an avid photographer and loves traveling the world!

Steve loves being out and about treating homes and properties. While doing treatments, he really enjoys getting the chance to interact with the customer one on one. Steve plays the guitar VERY well, and in his spare time, you can find him playing and performing with his band.

A free flowing asset to the Landlock team, Taylor is awesome at keeping everyone energetic and staying on task in the office. During her down time, Taylor enjoys going on hikes with her dog and enjoys taking fishing trips with her friends.
